Bone Regeneration with Bone Grafting

Case 1:

Vertical Defect in the bicuspid. Bone grafting of 12mm Defect.

Before: Vertical Defect in the molar. Distal defect measures 10 mm.

After: 3 months following bone grafting procedure with 3 mm probing depth.

Before: Patient with an expanded maxillary sinus cavity had to lose an upper molar tooth.

After extraction, patient still had very little bone height for proper implant placement.

After: A sinus lift was performed using an autogenous (patient's own bone) bone graft.
The new foundation was ideal for a long and wide implant.

Before: Sinus dips down creating an inadequate bone foundation for an implant tooth replacement.

After: The sinus is raised during implant surgery to achieve a suitable length implant.
